Traveling for a short getaway, the Holiday Inn Express in Kendall East was the perfect choice. The bed was amazing and I couldn't ask for a better stay. The free breakfast was excellent, the staff was friendly, and the location was great. Julian at guest services made our stay pleasurable, always ensuring we had everything we needed. The facility was very clean, and the spacious room had good amenities. a welcoming experience. Will definitely stay here again.

I stayed at this hotel for a weekend getaway and had a great experience. The location was perfect, surrounded by a strip center and an upscale center with a variety of restaurants within a 5-minute walk. The staff were exceptional, going above and beyond to help with restaurant reservations. The room was comfortable, with a separate sitting area, and parking was ample. Despite being near a tollway, there was no highway noise. I had a nice stay.

One downside was that the beds were too high and soft for my liking, so I ended up using the sofa bed and extra pillows for a better night's sleep. The TV programming was mostly sports and politics, which didn't align with my personal preferences.

Great location, close to shopping malls and stores like Walmart. Parking is free unlike other hotels in the area. The complimentary breakfast, although could have a wider choice, was passable. The rooms, although a little dated, provided a quiet and comfortable sleep.

The rooms had a few issues such as rust and leaky faucets in the bathrooms. The smell in the rooms was unpleasant and required the use of air fresheners.

The room was spacious and the bed was very comfortable. Additionally, the variety at the breakfast buffet was perfect for my needs. Conveniently, there was a McDonald's and a Red Lobster restaurant located right next to the hotel. I also appreciated that it only took me 20 minutes by car to reach Miami Beach.
