We had a fantastic stay at this hotel on Easter Sunday enroute to Nashville. The location was great, and it was easy to get to with accurate directions. The hotel facilities were clean and well-maintained, especially the brand new HIE. We were impressed with the cleanliness of the rooms, particularly the edges of the granite shower walls. The breakfast provided was delicious, with a variety of options including Grand & Go choices, perfect for our early morning departure. The highlight of our stay was the incredibly comfortable bed, which ensured a restful night's sleep. The shower and towels provided were of excellent quality, and we were impressed by the fast and efficient pizza delivery service available. In the morning, we enjoyed a delicious breakfast with a wide selection of options, all served in a pleasant atmosphere. we were pleased with the level of comfort and the reasonable price offered by this hotel.

The place was clean and we felt safe. the staff is so friendly! the guy at the front desk was very polite, helpful and professional. Our room was clean and comfortable, and the bed linens were soft and cozy. the bathroom had a grip handle and a little shelf, which was convenient. the breakfast selection was good, with plenty to choose from. the location was great, with easy access to key attractions in the city.

The furnishings and decor in the room were a bit dated and could use an update. There were some repairs around the tub and surround that were poorly done.
