I had a fantastic stay at the Holiday Inn Express in LaPlace! The hotel was clean, smelled fresh, and had a modern design. The bed in my room was incredibly comfortable, providing a restful night's sleep. The staff was friendly and accommodating, making sure all of my needs were met. I thoroughly enjoyed my stay and would highly recommend this hotel to others.

The staff, from the friendly ladies at the front desk to the attentive day manager, were all smiles and very helpful. We truly appreciated their professionalism and outstanding service. The location of the hotel was perfect for our needs, as it was near the places we wanted to visit in this city.

The hotel seemed a bit worn and could use some updating. the sheets and mattresses felt cheap, which affected the overall comfort of the bed.

We really enjoyed our stay at Holiday Inn Express in LaPlace. As vegetarians and vegans, we were pleased to find a variety of delicious plant-based options available for breakfast. We felt like royalty during our stay at Holiday Inn Express in LaPlace. The service was exceptional, and we had no complaints whatsoever.

I stay at this hotel often because it's conveniently close to my husband's workplace. The proximity to various fast food restaurants and a Walmart is a major plus. Pier 51 Seafood and El Paso Mexican Grill are also great dining options nearby. There's even a movie theater within reach.

There have been some negatives during our recent stays. The lack of hot water in some rooms, including room 406 and 101, was extremely frustrating.
