The staff was friendly and went out of their way to solve a check-in issue. Despite having to wait 30 minutes, they made sure we were taken care of. The room was spotless and the facilities were well-maintained. We especially appreciated the grab-and-go breakfast, which included a muffin, granola bar, and a small bottle of water. a clean and comfortable experience.

Considering the circumstances, we understand the need for these measures. Despite these limitations, we still enjoyed our stay and felt cozy.

The location was perfect for exploring the Amish region of PA, with easy access to Bird in Hand, Intercourse, and Lancaster. The breakfast buffet, although standard for a Holiday Inn Express, was served in a clean and bright room. we had a wonderful experience and would definitely return.
