The hotel itself is clean, modern, and well-presented, with great amenities like complimentary toiletries and a convenient location near outlets. I would definitely stay here again and highly recommend it to others.

The location of the hotel was excellent, particularly for those visiting the nearby Livermore Municipal Airport. It was convenient for me as I was joining the Wings of Freedom Tour for a flight. Another convenience was the multiple entrances from the parking areas, which made it easy to get to my car from my room.

The location of the hotel was perfect for my New Year's stay. It was conveniently located near all the main attractions and restaurants. The room was spacious and clean, with modern and tasteful decor. I really appreciated the built-in USB ports, which made it easy to charge my phone and other devices. The breakfast provided exceeded my expectations, with a variety of options including fresh pancakes, omelets, and sausage links. It was a great way to start my day.

I had a few issues during my stay. The heating in the room was difficult to control, and on one very cold night, it went out completely.

As someone with physical handicaps, I was pleased with the convenient first-floor room and multiple entrances for easy access. The staff at Holiday Inn Express was friendly and accommodating. The hotel's pet-friendly policy is a major plus for us. The recently remodeled rooms were tastefully decorated with modern amenities, including a fridge, microwave, Keurig coffeemaker, and a safe. The water pressure and temperature in the shower were excellent. The bedding, pillows, and towels were fresh and of high quality. The room had plenty of accessible outlets and USB charging ports for our tech items. Despite its proximity to the freeway, there was no issue with noise. we were very comfortable during our stay.

The coffee station in the lobby was a nice touch, especially since we had an early morning appointment nearby. We were happy to grab a cup and hit the road. we had a decent stay, but there were some minor drawbacks.
