Our first time at a Holiday Inn Express and we were pleased with the service. The clerk kindly upgraded us to a double queen suite at a small additional cost. The lobby and our suite were clean and well-maintained. The room was spacious and the air conditioner worked well. Despite the hotel being undergoing renovations, our room had new decor. The beds were comfortable and the breakfasts were wonderful. I would recommend this hotel.

During my stay at this hotel, I was blown away by the exceptional customer service provided by the staff. The manager went above and beyond to ensure that I had a perfect stay during the blossom festival. He personally provided directions and information about the festival, which I really appreciated. Not only that, but the hotel itself was fantastic. The rooms were spotless and the breakfast was excellent. I had a wonderful experience and I will definitely be back.
