I loved the spacious design of the room, which was so inviting and felt like a home away from home. The breakfast was delightful, especially those yummy cinnamon rolls that were cooked to perfection! The staff went above and beyond, making us feel like family with their warm hospitality.

The rollaway bed was surprisingly comfortable, and the room's layout was family-friendly, making it quite accommodating. Proximity to local attractions like Twin Bridges State Park was a nice bonus, letting us explore without a long commute.

The breakfast selection was underwhelming, with reports of burnt biscuits and spoiled milk that guests couldn't overlook. Additionally, rooms showed signs of neglect, such as unvacuumed carpets and outdated furnishings. I noticed several light bulbs burned out and the bathroom had a faint odor. Check-in was chaotic with overbooked reservations, and the overall cleanliness in common areas was lacking, which did little to enhance the experience. Maintenance issues were evident, and a few guests reported problems with noisy HVAC systems that disrupted their sleep. Unresponsive management to these complaints left a sour taste, and there didn't seem to be enough staff around to lend a hand when needed.

My family and I visited for a relative’s birthday celebration, and while we faced some room issues, the staff were accommodating in helping us switch to a cleaner room. The hotel offered easy access to local attractions, and we enjoyed our time exploring the Dobson Museum. Loved the inviting decor and the delightful vase of peonies in the lobby! Rooms were cozy and spotless, making it feel like a sweet little home, and my bed was as comfy as a cloud. Truly a lovely place to unwind.

However, I think my room had a duel with the laundry room—who knew they'd be so noisy? And don't even get me started on the breakfast that vanished faster than my sense of humor!

The Executive King Room was cozy but the a/c unit was super noisy, making it hard to sleep. The bed and pillows felt amazing, like being wrapped in clouds. The location is great for exploring local attractions like Twin Bridges State Park and the historic Coleman Theatre. The staff was friendly, and our room was comfortable. If you're planning a trip, go check out the Buffalo Run Casino for some fun!

However, the shower was tricky to manage, either scalding hot or freezing cold. Would have loved better control for a more comfortable experience.
