The breakfast was delicious and had serving hours that allowed us to sleep in and not feel rushed. The staff were extremely friendly and accommodating, making us feel like valued guests. Additionally, the hotel had a guest laundry on the premises, which was a convenient feature. The hotel is conveniently located near the Reed center, making it a great option for conferences and events there. the rooms are comfortable and clean, with plenty of pillows on the beds. the hot breakfast included a variety of options, including yogurt, eggs, breakfast meats, and even a pancake machine. the hotel is also conveniently located near several restaurants and a Home Depot.

One guest mentioned that the motor of the fridge in their room made a sound similar to a muted alarm clock, which made it difficult for them to fall asleep. Another guest mentioned that some guests were not considerate and slammed doors early in the morning, causing some noise disruptions.

The hotel presented guests with fresh donuts during breakfast, a rare treat seen at other hotels from the same chain. there were complimentary cookies provided to late afternoon visitors in the lobby. the hotel's staff was very friendly and accommodating. the hotel is located near a Walmart and several food options.

Sadly our room was not without problems. There was a leak in the carpet that wet our clothes and pillows, and the outdated AC and heat units caused discomfort.

This hotel offers great value for money given the plethora of amenities offered. I was pleasantly surprised to see an exercise room and a pool area despite the affordable price. Additionally, the staff was courteous and attentive to detail. They provided almost all of the expected amenities, ensuring a comfortable stay. Finally, the breakfast included was a delightful way to start the day with a variety of options for all guests.
