The suite was clean and newly renovated, which was a pleasant surprise. the complimentary breakfast was good, offering a variety of options. the location was convenient, being close to the area we were visiting and surrounded by several restaurants.

The front desk staff seemed absent at times, leading to delays in getting assistance. the sofa bed in the suite was uncomfortable to sleep on.

I recently stayed at Holiday Inn Express in New Berlin for a quick weekend getaway, and I was thoroughly impressed. The hotel and staff were incredibly clean, friendly, and attentive. The location was perfect, with nearby restaurants, stores, and a movie theater. The pool and spa were clean, and I enjoyed a relaxing swim. The staff at the hotel was exceptional, going above and beyond to ensure our stay was enjoyable. The king bed was firm and comfortable, and the shower was amazing. One unique feature we appreciated was the holder in the shower for the shampoo, conditioner, and soap. Additionally, Josh at the front desk was incredibly friendly and helpful, ensuring we had adjoining rooms. the Holiday Inn Express provided a great experience with its nice amenities, good breakfast, and perfect location.
