Food for breakfast: Improve variety for a better meal experience.

The upgrade to a larger room was accomplished through negotiation. Husband’s medical situation was handled with care. Room and facilities maintained cleanliness standards. Complimentary Dove products, fridge, and microwave provided. Breakfast variety included yogurt, fruit, and exceptional coffee.

On my first stay, the staff helped with my room issue at night. That's why I always return. This place has Wi-Fi, parking, 24-hour reception, gym, pool, TV.

I truly enjoyed my stay here. the hotel was impeccably clean, and my room was simply spectacular. I appreciated the availability of high-quality Dove products in the room, as well as the clean refrigerator and microwave. the breakfast selection was varied and satisfying, with delicious coffee, yogurt, fresh fruit, applesauce.

The inconsistencies in room quality were disappointing, with issues such as stains on the carpet and walls, as well as maintenance concerns like a bed protruding. the pool's temperature was uncomfortably cold and had water quality problems, causing irritation to some guests.

Holiday Inn Express in NKC provided a beautiful, clean room with Dove products, a refrigerator, and a microwave. the breakfast offered a variety, with exceptional coffee, yogurt, fruit, and more. They were understanding of unexpected circumstances, accommodating my prolonged stay.

Not one thing.

We were pleasantly surprised by the cozy lounger by the bed, providing a unique touch to our room. However, its allure made us hesitant to sit, due to mobility concerns. the bathroom layout posed challenges for accessibility, causing some distress. the indoor pool's chilly temperature was a drawback. Despite this, watching our children enjoy themselves swimming was a joy. the unconventional light switch placement near the shower raised safety concerns; we proceeded with caution. However, the wonderful breakfast, great coffee, and friendly staff brightened our experience at Holiday Inn Express. Overall, I'd still recommend this hotel.

My stay at the Holiday Inn Express was unexpectedly prolonged due to my husband's hospitalization nearby. the staff were attentive and accommodating, allowing me to switch to a larger, beautiful, and impeccably clean room. I appreciated the availability of quality Dove products, a clean fridge, and a microwave. the breakfast selection was diverse, with the best hotel coffee I've had in ages, along with consistent offerings like yogurt and fresh fruit.
