I recently had an excellent stay in downtown Phoenix at this hotel. The customer service was top-notch, with friendly and helpful staff who provided great recommendations for exploring the city. The location was convenient, close to the airport and within walking distance of the hipster restaurant/bar area and Chase Field. The rooms were comfortable and surprisingly quiet, ensuring a good night's sleep. Additionally, the breakfast offered a variety of options to start the day off right.

The beds were incredibly comfortable, and the AC unit allowed us to easily control the room temperature. The location was perfect, with Arizona State University just across the street. The breakfast spread was fantastic, with hot scrambled eggs, bacon, sausage, and more. The hotel also had a microwave and fridge in the room, which was convenient. Additionally, the hotel offered a hospital rate and was close to Banner Hospital, which was a blessing for us. The extra security of using the room key to enter the lobby was reassuring.

The pillows weren't the most comfortable, and the bathroom drain was a bit slow. There was also a shortage of pool towels, and getting extra towels for the room was a bit of a hassle.

The value for money was great, with comfortable beds, easy-to-control AC, and convenient amenities like a fridge and microwave. The location was fantastic, right across from Arizona State University, and the staff was extremely friendly and helpful.

The breakfast offerings could have been better, with some items and coffee running out during our stay.

I recently stayed at Best Western in downtown Phoenix for a few days while visiting ASU. The location was perfect, with free parking and easy access to the university. The bed in my room was also very comfortable, ensuring a good night's sleep. The breakfast area was clean and the food was delicious, with the staff constantly keeping everything fresh and fully stocked. Additionally, the hotel's proximity to the light rail made it convenient to explore different parts of the city and get to the airport. Lastly, the staff was superb, promptly assisting me when I needed a remote for my room TV.

Can't recommend highly enough this hotel.

Great location for sporting events, close to FootPrint Center with easy walking distance to Chase Stadium. Clean rooms with essential amenities including fridge, microwave, and KURIG. Grab and go breakfast with snacks and coffee was a good touch. Friendly staff providing helpful maps and recommendations. Refreshing pool, open till late, provided an added bonus.

This hotel is situated in a very convenient location, close to the airport and the Light Rail, with great eating options. The rooms are comfortable and come equipped with a coffee machine, microwave and a fridge. The breakfast is nice with a few choices of hot and cold foods, and there is an onsite gym and pool. the service is friendly and the hotel is close to everything you need.

One aspect that may require improvement is the weak internet connection reported by some guests.

We stayed at Best Western Downtown for 3 nights while attending a conference. The location was perfect, just a short walk from Chase Field and a variety of great restaurants. The room was amazing, with a super comfortable bed and all the amenities we needed. The staff was incredibly friendly and helpful, making our stay even more enjoyable. We also loved taking a dip in the pool after a long day. a fantastic experience!

I recently stayed at a hotel right in the center of downtown, and I was pleasantly surprised by the value for money. The prices were very reasonable, especially considering the attention to detail throughout the hotel. The rooms were clean and comfortable, with great beds and even a fridge. I also appreciated the basic amenities provided, like the coffee machine and the included breakfast. The hotel's location was perfect for me, as it was within easy walking distance of the main attractions in the area and the event I attended.

All in all, my stay at this hotel was fantastic and there was nothing that could be improved.

The location of this hotel is fantastic! It is conveniently located near the baseball stadium, arena, and convention center. It was so convenient to be able to walk to these attractions. the hotel itself was clean and well-maintained. the room was spacious and we had no issues during our stay. Another advantage was the complimentary breakfast, which had a good variety of hot and cold items to choose from.

One thing I didn't like about this hotel was the high price. I felt that it was quite expensive for an older hotel in downtown.

I had a fantastic stay at this hotel. It is conveniently located in downtown, close to both the Convention Center and the baseball field. The room was clean and comfortable, and the hotel facilities were excellent. The breakfast provided was delicious, and the staff, especially Jen, was friendly and helpful in familiarizing us with the area.

All was perfect.

For the price we paid, the hotel was great value and our room was comfortable. The location was perfect, just a block away from where we needed to be, and we enjoyed the convenience of having a cinema close by. The hotel also had some spayed feral cats hanging out, which added a unique touch to our stay. The staff treated us well and even called us when we forgot our daughter's earrings, although they haven't arrived yet.

The breakfast option could have been better, as the oatmeal was served cold on Saturday morning.
