The hotel also had unexpected surprises like a refrigerator in the room and good shower pressure. The key system was convenient, swiping instead of inserting. The offer of free beer and trail mix upon check-in was a unique and enjoyable touch. The rooms were clean, quiet, and comfortable. Breakfast was great, with friendly staff and a pancake robot that served perfect pancakes, along with fruit, sausages, and scrambled eggs.

We had a great stay at Holiday Inn Express! We were in town for an event and the hotel totally met our expectations. The rooms were nice and comfortable, and the staff was friendly and helpful. I especially appreciated the early breakfast start time, as we had to be out early for our event. The breakfast options were great, and I loved that the hotel is sustainable with refillable toiletry containers. The hotel was also quiet, in a great location, and had many amenities. Close to Gilroy outlet, the hotel in this location is a great value for money. The staff is friendly, rooms are comfortable with a thermostat to adjust the temperature, and the breakfast had some nice beverages.

Some minor hiccups like having the same breakfast every day and running out of the orange juice, but overall it was ok.

Located close to the freeway and in a nearby strip mall, this hotel is in an excellent location for those difficult to get areas, such as in corners. The breakfast provided each day is a great way to start the day, and there are facilities such as a media port with HDMI, RGB, and RCA connections for entertainment.

We had a great stay during Christmas at this hotel! the breakfast was hot and ready right on time in a wide variety of options. the staff was incredibly nice and helpful, making our experience even more enjoyable. Additionally, we loved the fact that the property was located in a key location, with many places to eat within walking distance.

One downside was the cleanliness of the pool area. There were beer bottles, food containers, and other items scattered all over, and it wasn't cleaned up until the next day.
