She personally changed them and even compensated me with a free night's stay, which I truly appreciated. Additionally, the location of the hotel was convenient, being close to the airport and right off the expressway. I highly recommend this hotel for its excellent service and convenient location.

During my Christmas stay at this hotel, I was pleasantly surprised by a couple of things. the staff was incredibly welcoming and friendly, which made me feel right at home. Secondly, the location of the hotel was very convenient, with easy access to nearby attractions and restaurants. Additionally, I enjoyed the spacious and well-designed room, with a comfortable bed that provided a great night's sleep.

On the downside, I did notice a few issues during my stay. the hallway carpets seemed worn out and in need of updating, giving the hotel a slightly dated feel.

The staff, especially Angela at the front desk and the housekeeping team, were incredibly friendly and helpful. The beds were unbelievably comfortable, the rooms were spotlessly clean, and the breakfast had a great variety of options, including hot eggs, biscuits, gravy. The hotel was conveniently located within 8 miles of all the casinos, making it a perfect base for exploring.

Friendly staff and good customer service. the front desk went above and beyond to address our concerns and provided extra points as compensation. the bed was comfortable with soft pillows that made us feel at home. the room was spacious with acceptable AC noise levels. the breakfast was standard but hot and kept well stocked. the hotel's location near the airport didn't bother us with plane noise. We also received a great recommendation for a nearby seafood restaurant.

There were a few issues with the room, such as a musty smell, a faucet hanging down, and a partially functioning shower. However, the front desk promptly addressed these issues and reduced our bill as an apology.
