Clean room, friendly staff, and a fantastic breakfast made our stay enjoyable, particularly with the free Wi-Fi and the 24-hour reception providing convenience for our late arrival.

Everything was exceptional.

during my stay at holiday inn express, i was impressed with how well they exceeded my expectations. the breakfast had a wide selection, and the room was both comfortable and clean. this place really made my relaxing spa holidays memorable, especially compared to my previous stay in lakewood.

The gap between the bottom of the room door and floor could lead to noise disturbances!!! The bathroom sink faucet leaked, which was rather bothersome. The manager's etiquette could use a serious upgrade!!!

Clean room, friendly staff, and the convenient location made it easy for us to explore the city. The fitness center provided a nice way to unwind after a long day.

Everything was first-rate.

The beds were comfortable, allowing for a decent night’s sleep after a busy day. The entry and lobby areas had a nice, modern feel, which was a pleasant surprise amidst the ups and downs of the stay.

The check-in process was painfully slow, leaving me waiting longer than I'd like. The room itself was a bit dated and carried a funky smell upon arrival, with chipped doors and molding that screamed neglect. The noise from the highway was a constant intrusion, making it hard to fully relax. Furthermore, the breakfast was hit or miss—some mornings they ran low on food, especially during busy times. The elevator had technical issues, which meant hauling luggage up the stairs, and the overall cleanliness of the public areas, including the pool, could use some serious attention. Definitely not the top of the line I expect from a place like this, especially when traveling for sports.

our stay at holiday inn express was fantastic! the location was just a short drive to the tacoma dome, which was super convenient. our room was spacious, and it was great to have extra blankets readily available. the staff were incredibly welcoming and friendly, making us feel right at home. we really enjoyed the delicious breakfast, too!

the king suite was super nice and comfy. the staff, especially robert at the front desk, were really friendly and made us feel welcome. the breakfast had a good selection and i loved the coffee available all the time. our room was clean and they had extra blankets, which was cool. it was quiet enough for a saturday night and made our stay enjoyable.

the wifi was really slow, barely worked for streaming, and the shower had a really slow drain, which was annoying.
