As youngsters, we absolutely loved the breakfast at Holiday Inn Express Hotel & Suites Thornburg! It was the best breakfast we've had in years, with a wide variety of options and everything was fresh and clean. The breakfast lady did an excellent job of keeping everything top-notch. The staff was also incredibly friendly and accommodating, making our stay even more enjoyable.

My recent stay at Holiday Inn Express was fantastic! The room was clean and spacious, with comfortable beds and all the necessary amenities. The front desk staff was incredibly friendly and helpful, going above and beyond to assist us. They even offered complimentary bottles of water throughout our stay. The breakfast provided had a great variety of options, including fresh fruit and delicious bacon and scrambled eggs. I also appreciated the prompt response to a maintenance issue in the shower, which was fixed by the time I returned to the room. I had a great experience and would highly recommend this hotel.

The staff at the hotel were incredibly friendly and welcoming. They went out of their way to ensure our stay was comfortable and enjoyable. the hotel was also conveniently located right off the highway, making it easy for us to travel to our destination. Additionally, the hotel provided a delicious hot breakfast that included bacon, eggs, and biscuits. It was a great start to our day and saved us time and money.

The cleanliness of the room was not up to standard. There were noticeable grime and dirt on the walls, door knobs, and tables.

A hidden gem

I recently stayed at a hotel near Thornburg and I must say it was a hidden gem. The location was convenient, right off I-95, yet there was no noise issue at all. The room was incredibly clean and everything was in perfect working order. The customer service was top-notch, from the friendly housekeeping staff to the welcoming front desk. The breakfast offered was typical of a Holiday Inn Express, and there were no surprises. I highly recommend this hotel for a short stay or even a longer one.

The hotel is currently undergoing updates. The staff, particularly Brittany, is friendly and helpful. The location is convenient for a triathlon at Lake Anna. The facilities and rooms are clean and comfortable. The breakfast is outstanding and well-maintained by attentive staff.
