The pool area was amazing. Friendly and helpful staff. Good breakfast with long availability. Andrea was super nice and helpful. Bigger room with good parking. Front desk girl was nice and helpful. Good supply of hot water. Quiet room on first floor.

We recently enjoyed a romantic escape at a hotel located conveniently near a fantastic waterpark. the waterpark had a great kiddie section that our twins loved, and the heated water was a nice touch. the hotel itself was fully booked, but we had a peaceful night without any noise disturbance. the room was spacious and had comfortable beds. the bathroom was clean and the continental breakfast was excellent.

We did have a few negative experiences during our stay. the teenage lifeguard at the waterpark seemed more interested in her iPhone than ensuring the safety of the kids on the waterslide.

I recently stayed at Best Western in Watertown for a quick overnight stop. The hotel's location right off the Interstate was perfect for easy access. The parking lot was also spacious enough to accommodate our boat, which was a huge bonus. The front desk staff was friendly and accommodating. They promptly provided us with a refrigerator when we requested one. The breakfast was great, and I appreciated the choice of pillows and ample outlets to charge our phones. a pleasant stay.

The staff at the hotel was exceptional, especially the front desk person who went out of their way to accommodate our early check-in request during a snowstorm.
