We recently enjoyed a romantic escape at a hotel located conveniently near a fantastic waterpark. The waterpark had a great kiddie section that our twins loved, and the heated water was a nice touch. The hotel itself was fully booked, but we had a peaceful night without any noise disturbance. The room was spacious and had comfortable beds. The bathroom was clean and the continental breakfast was excellent.

We did have a few negative experiences during our stay. The teenage lifeguard at the waterpark seemed more interested in her iPhone than ensuring the safety of the kids on the waterslide.

I recently stayed at Best Western in Watertown for a quick overnight stop. The hotel's location right off the Interstate was perfect for easy access. The parking lot was also spacious enough to accommodate our boat, which was a huge bonus. The front desk staff was friendly and accommodating. They promptly provided us with a refrigerator when we requested one. The breakfast was great, and I appreciated the choice of pillows and ample outlets to charge our phones. a pleasant stay.

The staff at the hotel was exceptional, especially the front desk person who went out of their way to accommodate our early check-in request during a snowstorm.
