I always return for my romantic escape. the staff kindly shared a local food delivery number on my first visit. This place suits me perfectly. Amenities include Wired internet, Free parking, Late check-in, and 24-hour security.

The lobby was nice, check-in smooth. Close to MD Anderson. Great restaurants nearby. Comfortable bed, fridge, and microwave in the room. Amazing breakfast with variety. Clean hotel, fresh smell. Welcoming front desk host.

TV had DirecTV issue. WiFi blocked gaming device.

My stay at Best Western Plus in the outskirts of Houston was exceptional. I was visiting MD Anderson facilities and found the location ideal. the clean pool and friendly staff, who helped with nightly extensions at great rates, stood out. the lobby was inviting, the room comfortable, and the breakfast offered a variety of options. the overall cleanliness and fresh ambiance added to a pleasant experience.

Can just recommend this hotel.

The location was convenient, close to the ballpark we were playing at. The room was tidy, but not without issues - the sheets were not clean with hair all over them, and the floor wasn't well swept. We had to supervise the housekeeping personnel, who initially only dusted and made the bed with dirty sheets. The breakfast was good, but needed more variety.

The housekeeping service was sub-par and unsatisfactory.

This hotel is a great value for money with affordable prices. The staff is friendly and attentive to detail. The location is perfect for visiting the nearby ballpark, and the basic amenities such as the rooms with 2 beds and showers, as well as the included breakfast and WIFI, make it a comfortable stay.

As women traveling alone, we loved the comfort of the bed and how the room was set up. The presence of a microwave and refrigerator was perfect for us leftover enthusiasts.
