The staff at the hotel was exceptional, going above and beyond to provide great service. The front desk attendants were friendly and professional, ensuring that everyone was comfortable and well taken care of. The morning breakfast was also impressive, with a variety of options and a well-stocked dining area. The hotel's location was another plus, conveniently situated near the highway and with a beautiful view of the surroundings. It was easy to access both San Francisco and Mill Valley from here.

One downside was that the hot water in the shower took a while to get hot during peak times. Additionally, there were some design flaws in the room that made it less functional.

I really enjoyed staying at this venue! the location was fantastic - nearby to some very enjoyable American restaurants and even had bikes available to ride to a nearby city. The hotel included a wide range of amenities for guests including the option to hire a car, dry cleaning, and laundry services. The room itself was well-furnished with great amenities including a flat-screen TV, comfortable bed, and relaxing sitting area, while the staff were very friendly and accommodating. The sun terrace and seasonal outdoor pool also provided a great space to relax and soak up the sun.

This hotel was really great and I would recommend it to anyone looking for a relaxing and comfortable stay with a wide range of amenities.

The automatic pancake maker at Holiday Inn Express was unique and delicious. The Richardson Bay and Mill Valley trails are perfect for morning walks. I recommend this hotel.

The rooms have been recently renovated and are comfortable and clean, with amenities like a mini fridge, microwave, and coffee maker. I also loved the location, with beautiful views of the wetlands from the top floor. The staff were friendly and went above and beyond to ensure a pleasant stay.

The view from my room at the Holiday Inn Express was absolutely breathtaking. I could see the beauty of the surrounding area right from my balcony. The room itself was clean, bright, and comfortable, making my stay enjoyable. The hotel provided free WiFi, which allowed me to stay connected during my visit. Additionally, the coffee maker in the room and the soap provided by the hotel added to the convenience and comfort of my stay. I had a pleasant experience and would recommend this hotel.

I had a fantastic stay at this hotel! The pillows on the bed were incredibly comfortable, especially the firm ones. It was a pleasant surprise as most hotels usually only have one type of pillow. The location of this hotel was perfect for me, as it was very close to Mill Valley, where I had to work. Additionally, the front desk staff were exceptionally helpful, especially Joanne who checked me in. They even had bikes available for guests to borrow, and there was a beautiful hiking/biking trail at the back of the hotel. I also loved that this hotel allowed dogs and had a fully fenced and grassed interior courtyard for them.

The location is fantastic, with a beautiful walking/biking path along a scenic estuary right outside the door. Plus, it's just a short distance from Mill Valley, offering great options for restaurants and shopping.

I recently stayed at Holiday Inn Express in the Sausalito area for 3 nights while exploring San Francisco. The location was perfect, with easy access to the city via the nearby bus depot or ferry. The staff were friendly and helpful, and the swimming pool and spa were a great bonus. The rooms were comfortable and had all the amenities I needed, including Wi-Fi and multi-channel TV. The breakfast was delicious, although a bit high in calories. a convenient and enjoyable stay.
