I recently stayed at Holiday Inn Express in New Orleans for a business trip. The breakfast was consistently excellent, with a friendly lady ensuring everything was hot and fresh. The staff was helpful, and there was a convenient take-away next door. The hotel is easy to reach from the east, and the rooms are spacious and comfortable. I truly felt at home during my stay.

We had a fantastic stay at this hotel. The cleanliness and maintenance of the property were noteworthy. Security measures were strictly followed, and we felt safe and secure, especially with the presence of a night security guard. The staff was incredibly sweet and accommodating, making our experience even more enjoyable. Additionally, the hotel's location off the 10 Freeway was convenient for us, as it was only a short 13-minute drive to downtown and the Expo center. We were pleased to find that there were various amenities nearby, including a Walmart, Waffle House, gas station, seafood restaurant. The breakfast served at the hotel was delicious, and we found ourselves engaging in pleasant conversations with other guests, adding to the overall enjoyable atmosphere.

Great breakfast with delicious cinnamon buns! the rooms were clean and comfortable. the front office representative, Ranisha, was friendly and welcoming. the fitness center was well, equipped.

The location is a fair distance from tourist hotspots, but driving in and getting early bird parking rates or taking the bus for $3 are options. Some negatives were broken tiles and a non, functional handheld shower head in the bathroom, no hot water for two days, and missing buckle on the high chair's safety strap.
