For us it was ideal.

The check-in process was quick and easy. The rooms were clean, updated, and quiet, with a comfortable bed. The AC/Heat worked great, maintaining a comfortable temperature without being too dry. The staff, especially one staff member named Jojo, were incredibly friendly and made us feel at home. Jojo treated our whole family wonderfully, and my kids absolutely adored her. The location was also perfect for our needs. I was very happy with my stay and would definitely recommend this hotel.

The room was conveniently located near an exterior door for smokers. The hotel staff, particularly Jojo, went above and beyond to make our family feel at home. The continental breakfast offered a wide variety of choices. The mattresses were comfortable and provided a good night's sleep.

We recently stayed at Holiday Inn Express for a family trip and couldn't be happier with our choice. The room itself was wonderfully appointed and incredibly clean. The housekeeping staff did a fantastic job. One of the highlights of our stay was the outstanding service provided by Laurie. She took all the necessary steps to ensure that our daughter and granddaughter were not charged for their reservation, putting my mind at ease. The staff, in general, was super friendly, and the bed and pillows were incredibly comfortable. We also appreciated the working HDMI ports on the TVs, which allowed us to easily stream from our laptop. The temperature-controlled rooms were a nice touch as well.

Great location, close to Lake Michigan and within an hour's drive of various attractions. Very clean and well-maintained hotel with modern amenities. Comfy bed and spacious room with a small fridge and microwave, making our stay convenient. Good internet connection, perfect for staying connected during our holiday. Breakfast had a variety of options, satisfying our cravings in the morning. Appreciated the cleanliness and attention to detail throughout our stay.

Limited options for breakfast, would have liked to see more variety. Noise from the nearby highway could be bothersome, especially during certain times of the day.
