So, we got there during a chill snowstorm, and they had power while everywhere else was dark! The staff were super friendly, even helped with a fire pit for our little evening braai. Also, that brekkie was on point—those sausage biscuits were like a lekker start to the day!

The elevators are slow as molasses, and it felt like ages waiting for it after checking out. Eina!

During a weekend trip for the Polar Express Train Ride, the staff's commitment to creating a memorable experience for children was exceptional with fun activities and treats like cookies and hot chocolate. The hotel's cleanliness and comfortable atmosphere added to an enjoyable stay. However, the internet connection was inconsistent, which was inconvenient, and the presence of some outdated decor in the hallways detracted slightly from the overall experience. Still, the inviting ambiance and attentive service make it worth considering for family trips.

Unfortunately, my stay was quite disappointing. The shower had poor water pressure, and the shower head was not adjustable, making it difficult to use. Additionally, I encountered a leaky situation that caused some distress, and despite reporting it multiple times, I was not offered a room change, which left me frustrated and dissatisfied with the experience.

Great location with a large dirt lot for parking and two beautiful Christmas trees added a festive touch during our stay.

Felt like family, no complaints whatsoever.

So we got there late at night and Daniel at the front desk was super friendly. The breakfast was a real win though, they had a hot buffet with pancakes and bacon that hit the spot! My wife loved the eggs and sausage biscuits too.

It wasn’t exactly cheap but still acceptable for what we got.

this holiday inn express was actually really good. the staff was super friendly and helpful, which made the stay a whole lot better. the beds were comfy and i liked that they had coffee available all day. breakfast was pretty tasty too, especially the pancakes and bacon! room had plenty of space and was clean, which is always a plus.

however, the internet was spotty and made it a bit hard to get work done, and we had some really loud neighbors that were annoying.
