During my recent business trip, I had a pleasant stay at a hotel in Palestine. The staff was friendly and helpful, making check-in a breeze. The room was spacious, clean, and comfortable, providing a relaxing atmosphere after a long day of work. I particularly enjoyed the amazing shower with its high-pressure showerhead. Additionally, the breakfast offered a great variety of items and was kept clean, ensuring a satisfying start to the day.

There were a couple of aspects that could be improved. Firstly, the initial greeting from the front desk staff lacked warmth and enthusiasm.

The staff went above and beyond by waving the pet fee due to hurricane evacuation and providing extra accommodations for my elderly mother-in-law. They were also friendly and accommodating, even giving our dog treats.

The room was clean and comfortable, with a working AC. The location was convenient, close to the railroad and a fantastic seafood restaurant. Will definitely stay here again!

The hotel also has a pool, a hot tub, and excellent facilities, perfect for a weekend stay.

One minor setback is the lack of greeting from the staff during check-in.
