Our stay at Holiday Inn Express Prescott was like unwrapping the best birthday present ever! We were there for the Christmas Lightning and shared rooms with close friends, which made the experience even better. The lobby turned into a game zone for our teens, where they mingled with other kids. Plus, the breakfast was a buffet of joy with those scrumptious cinnamon rolls that vanished faster than holiday cookies at a family gathering!

Parking was a bit tight.

The pool area is decent, though I would've preferred a little less crowding. The breakfast setup had some solid options to kickstart the day, though it felt basic at times.

The noise from neighboring rooms was pretty bothersome. thin walls made it hard to catch a break. Parking was a headache—limited spaces and ongoing renovations outside added to the stress of arriving and leaving. I noticed some building materials stacked outside the window, which wasn’t the prettiest view and affected the experience somewhat. The bathroom door arrangement was awkward too, needing to be fully closed to avoid being a nuisance.

During my stay, I found the noise levels unbearable due to slamming doors and loud neighbors, making it difficult to get a good night's sleep. The cramped parking situation was a significant inconvenience, as it took time to find a spot on several occasions. Additionally, the pool area felt overcrowded, especially with large families taking up space—there should be some limit for usage duration.

Enjoyed the daily fresh baked cookies which were a delightful treat after long days of exploring.

Noticed some wear and tear in the bathroom with the door arrangement making it challenging to maneuver.

We booked a 2 queen suite, which was large and appeared clean. The walk-in shower was a highlight. There were two TVs, making it ideal for our group of five. Breakfast had a great selection, including fun pancake printing. The indoor pool was an additional perk.

The indoor pool was a jol, and the brekkie spread was lekker with so many choices! Got a comfy room with a fridge and microwave, made it feel like home. Dat king bed? So comfy, I slept like a baby!

Just a bit noisy with the doors slamming and the chommies upstairs had a bit of an elephant party at night.

I loved the complimentary cookies at check-in—they were such a delicious treat! The indoor pool was spacious and incredibly refreshing, perfect for a relaxing swim. Breakfast had a wonderful variety, especially the pancake machine that turned my morning into a fun experience.
