My stay at Holiday Inn Express was perfect for my visit to family, located within walking distance. the staff was friendly and attentive, ensuring a pleasant experience. the room was clean and cozy with a comfortable bed. the complimentary breakfast had a good variety of options to choose from, and the Wi-Fi connection was strong throughout the hotel.

Great value for the price! The staff was always kind and attentive, providing an overall great experience. The location was excellent, close to both the ferry drop off and the airport. The rooms were comfortable, with cozy beds and all the basic amenities necessary. The breakfast was also very good, I enjoyed the self-catering services.

We chose a hotel near the St George and Staten Island ferry and the location was perfect. The hotel is in a quiet area and in a convenient spot for exploring the city. Our room and bathroom were clean, but unfortunately, we heard the noise from the nearby construction and thin walls. The staff were friendly and polite, and the breakfast had a decent selection of food.

Spacious and clean room. The AC unit was a bit close but manageable. The breakfast was great with attentive servers. We had a pleasant stay thanks to the helpful staff, especially Carissa who gave us great recommendations for nearby restaurants. I would recommend this hotel.

Comfortable beds make for a good night's sleep. A varied breakfast included in the room, with a surprising selection. Coffee available all day long.

We enjoyed the free breakfast which was a great addition, and the location was convenient for our plans. the bed was also comfortable to sleep on and made our stay more enjoyable.

The broken door in the room was not addressed despite repeated attempts at getting it fixed. On top of that, parking was often insufficient and made it difficult for us to find a space to park.
