Parking prices are steep, but overall, everything else was alright.

The location is fantastic for SXSW and just two blocks from 6th Street. Valet parking is available for a fee, but it's worth it to avoid the hassle of finding parking. The valets are knowledgeable about local food and entertainment options. The front desk staff is very helpful and accommodating, even providing plastic silverware and band-aids when needed. you'll receive great service, enjoy an excellent location, and encounter genuinely friendly people.
