At Holiday Inn Express, I was disappointed to discover my booked jacuzzi room had no jacuzzi. However, the front desk eventually provided a new room at a lower rate. the convenient location and comfortable bed made my stay enjoyable. Overall, I would recommend this hotel.

Had a blast during my stay, the front desk staff was super friendly and quick to respond to our needs. the pool area was spotless, and the breakfast was a tasty treat to kickstart my day. Convenient location with easy access to stores and freeways - a real plus!

There were a few downsides. the cleanliness of the room left much to be desired, with leftover items from previous occupants.

The location was convenient, close to restaurants, the freeway, and downtown. the room type we booked was clean and quiet, perfect for relaxing. the hot buffet breakfast was tasty and plentiful, adding a nice touch to our stay.

The hotel was under construction, causing a mess and safety concerns in the lobby area. the room we reserved online was not as advertised, leading to confusion and a downgrade without a proper apology.

Staff helped me find currency exchange on first visit. Perfect spot with Wi-Fi, Free parking, 24-hour reception, Fitness centre, Indoor pool, Spa. Also has laundry, Business centre, and more. No smoking; pets allowed. Returning for the weekend.
