My towel rail fell off the wall!!! The bartender was unwelcoming, and the pool had a guest in foul socks. The AC was somewhat ineffective, and the early check-in process could use improvement!!!

Yo, the check-in was a breeze! Got a nice big room just for me, and the beds? Comfy as hell. Their breakfast spread had me feeling like a champ, and the jacuzzi? Total game changer after a long drive. Not to mention, the staff were super chill. Stayin' here again for sure!

i almost gave this place a good review, but the towel rail fell off when i reached for a towel, and the bartender acted like he was too busy to help anyone not in his crew. the pool was disgusting with a guest in foul socks, so i expected a generous compensation for my troubles.

I enjoyed my stay in a Queen Room with Two Queen Beds that was hearing accessible. The indoor swimming pool was a refreshing treat after a long day! Plus, the shuttle to the airport was a lovely perk that saved me some travel costs.

The hotel was clean and inviting, with comfy beds. The breakfast spread was solid. Plus, there’s a short walk to some cool spots like a bowling alley and a golf simulator.

Only downside was a strange smell around the hotel that might have been from nearby facilities. It was a bit off-putting but didn't ruin our stay.

the water in the tub didn't drain well (ugh! ). but the indoor pool was awesome, and the breakfast had hot items changing daily. super clean room with a flat screen tv made our stay pleasant! !

Just a good pick for a weekend breather in Billings with a good price-quality ratio. The staff were quick to respond when we found an issue with the room's shower pressure. If you're driving in, consider checking in later to avoid delays.

The check-in was smooth and the staff seemed genuinely happy to help. The breakfast area was handled by this older lady who took pride in her work, making a great start to the day and I could tell she enjoyed serving everyone too.

This place suits me perfectly! The Wi-Fi is reliable, there's a great fitness center, and the indoor pool is a fantastic bonus. I remember how the staff helped me find my lost wallet on my first stay. I highly recommend staying here if you need a comfortable and friendly place. I'm definitely coming back for a holiday!
