The hotel was excellent, from check-in to check-out. We were able to get a room right away when we arrived early. The staff was helpful and prompt in fixing the TV issue. The complimentary coffee and tea were a lifesaver. The beds were amazing, with one firm and one soft pillow, providing the perfect comfort. The breakfast selection was beyond expectations, with bacon, sausage, egg omelets, and pancakes. The hotel was very clean, and the staff was friendly and well-informed about the area.

The room at Holiday Inn Express & Suites - Boston South - Randolph was super comfy with a flat screen TV, a cozy bed with triple sheeting, and a spacious bathroom with great toiletries. I loved the coffee maker for my morning fix!

My travel purpose was to visit Boston for a few days, and I stayed at Holiday Inn Express. The price was reasonable, the room was clean and comfortable, and the location was decent, although there was some heavy traffic. The breakfast options were great, with a variety of hot dishes like sausage, bacon, and omelettes, as well as delicious cinnamon rolls. The staff at the breakfast area were helpful and attentive. The pool, although closed for cleaning, appeared to be well-maintained. a great stay!

My recent stay at a hotel in Boston was excellent. the staff at the Holiday Inn Express were warm and welcoming, and the manager, Nancy, was excellent. the hotel was very clean, and I was impressed with the comfortable beds and pillows. the rooms were a good size and had plenty of USB charging ports and power outlets. I also appreciated the 24-hour coffee/tea bar. it was an amazing experience.

The hotel was in a great location and close to many attractions. The room was spacious and clean with a comfortable bed. The staff was friendly and accommodating and the breakfast spread was delicious. On the plus side, the pool was open and well-maintained.

The soundproofing between rooms was inadequate, and we could hear everything that was happening in the adjacent rooms.

The suite I stayed in was spacious and the bed was incredibly comfortable. The housekeeping staff did a great job in keeping the common areas clean and sanitizing them regularly. The breakfast buffet offered a nice variety of options every morning. The staff, from the reception desk to the housekeeping team, were all very pleasant and professional.
