We had a great stay! Our room was spacious and the breakfast choices were excellent. The staff at the front desk was friendly and check-in was quick. The hotel's location off the highway was convenient for us to visit the Bears training camp, the Museum of Science and Industry, and enjoy some family fun at Hidden Cove.

The hotel is conveniently located right off an interstate, making it easily accessible for travelers. Additionally, it is in close proximity to a shopping mall and is situated in a major shopping district near Kankakee, Illinois. I was impressed with the cleanliness of the hotel facilities, as my room was very clean and updated, providing a comfortable stay. The staff, especially the front desk manager, was exceptional in handling my inquiries about the area and providing excellent customer service.

We had a fantastic stay at this hotel! The room was clean, comfortable, and spacious, with a very comfortable bed. The staff went above and beyond to make us feel welcome and were incredibly helpful and hospitable. Check-in and checkout were a breeze. Additionally, the breakfast provided was delicious and had a variety of options to choose from. The hotel's facilities were well-maintained and the location was convenient, with easy parking and accessible transportation.

I got great value for my money at Best Western Plus! The room was clean, modern, and had a warm breakfast. The staff was amazing and went above and beyond to help my child with autism feel comfortable.

I gotta say, we got a great bang for our buck at Best Western Plus. The room was spacious and sparkling clean, exactly what we needed for a comfy stay. The location was super convenient, right off I-57 and close to a mall with plenty of dining options within walking distance. Bonus points to the friendly and helpful check-in staff!

One small thing that could've made the breakfast even better was having more seating options available. When it got crowded, it was a bit tough to find a spot for my child with autism, and it made getting food a little tricky.
