I recently stayed at the Holiday Inn Express in Ruckersville for a few days while visiting the area. The location was incredibly convenient for me, as it was close to where I needed to be. The front desk staff was friendly and greeted me with a smile, even though they were dealing with an issue when I arrived. They went above and beyond to provide excellent service, like finding a stool for my friend's c-pap machine. The hotel had a great breakfast option, but when I missed it, there was a Dunkin' Donuts right in the parking lot. Additionally, the hotel was connected to a fantastic restaurant that served both Mediterranean and Italian cuisine. the staff's friendliness, the convenient location, and the nearby dining options made my stay enjoyable.

The staff at the front counter were excellent, providing great service throughout my stay. the breakfast choices were excellent, with fresh and delicious options like English muffins and fruit. the coffee in the breakfast area was very good.

The coffee in the room was just okay, not as good as in the breakfast area. the cleanliness and maintenance of the hotel were disappointing, with stains on the carpet and furniture.

The location was perfect. My room was clean and comfortable. I was worried about noise but I had no trouble sleeping. I had a pleasant and comfortable stay at this Holiday Inn Express.

Great weekend getaway! Loved the complimentary upgrade to a suite and the free breakfast. the room was well-maintained, with a clean bathroom and all amenities working as expected. the location was convenient for those with cars, and its quiet surroundings provided relaxing evenings. It was also nice to have a hook on the inside of the bathroom door.

The air conditioning was spotty. the motion detector caused the room to become uncomfortably warm when returning in the afternoon or evening, and it took hours to cool back down.

The hotel's location is perfect for those travelling by car. It is conveniently close to the airport and to various activities we did around town. We also appreciated its proximity to restaurants and wineries we were visiting. The room was comfortable with a nice TV, and the staff provided great service. We enjoyed our breakfast, which was delicious, and loved the views from the breakfast room.

The bathroom was not up to par and was in need of better cleaning.
