our stay at the holiday inn express in niles was fantastic. the spacious and clean room exceeded our expectations, especially the comfortable bedding and nightlight in the bathroom. the hotel staff were kind and helpful, and the breakfast was amazing. the location was perfect for us, and we enjoyed the beautiful view from our window.

My husband and I recently stayed at this Holiday Inn Express for a quick weekend getaway. The breakfast was served by a server, which was much better than the usual grab-and-go options. The front desk provided helpful information about Uber and local food delivery options. The complimentary breakfast had a wide variety of delicious choices. The rooms were clean and well-stocked with amenities like Bath and Body Works toiletries. The location was convenient for my needs. I highly recommend this hotel for a comfortable and pleasant stay.

I had a great time here! The location was perfect - not downtown, but close to everything. There's even a Pulse bus stop right across the street which made it easy to get to bars and other places. The room was comfortable, and the service was great. I really appreciated the room amenities like the microwave and soundproofed rooms which made my stay even better. a great experience!

During my Christmas stay, I absolutely loved the spacious rooms with comfortable beds. It was great to have two queen size beds to relax in after a long day. the free parking and free Wi-Fi were also major advantages, making our stay hassle-free. Additionally, the hotel's location was ideal, situated between downtown Chicago and the airport, allowing us to easily explore the city with a rental car.

One of the downsides of our stay was the poorly repaired shower curtain rod in our room. It felt like it was about to fall off every time we pulled the curtain over.

We had an all-around excellent experience at this hotel. The staff were supremely helpful, always with a smile. The location was super convenient, close to groceries, supermarkets, and fast food options. The prices paid for each night were worth it. Free parking and a decent breakfast were also highlights of our stay.

The location is perfect, not in downtown but close to everything, including O'Hare airport and the beach. The breakfast, included in the price, offers a variety of items on polystyrene plates.

Great location, close enough to the city to avoid excessive driving. the hotel also offers a complimentary breakfast with a variety of options. the staff was helpful and gave great suggestions for visiting the area.

The room had some maintenance issues, such as half of the lights not working and a lack of a full-length mirror. the water pressure in the shower was low and the window treatments looked worn.
