The staff was friendly and accommodating. The hotel's location was easy to find for Uber drivers. There were plenty of nearby restaurants and eateries. I also appreciated the laundry facilities available, which is not common in Europe.

Safety was a concern as there was a theft incident, and the hotel staff seemed unaware of what to do if a vehicle was towed. The new manager also struggled with accessing security footage.
