Our stay at the Holiday Inn Express was wonderful! The room was clean and the bed was comfortable, providing a peaceful night's sleep. Despite being on the first floor, we were pleasantly surprised at how quiet it was. The location was convenient, with easy access to nearby attractions.

The coffee in the morning was a bit weak for my taste, as I prefer a stronger and bolder flavor. Additionally, the price of the hotel was a bit on the higher side compared to what I could have gotten with military or bereavement discounts if I had booked directly with them.

She's such a pleasant person and really cares about her guests. I'll definitely be coming back because of her exceptional service.
