Very friendly staff, outstanding customer service from shuttle bus staff and breakfast attendant. Clean, spacious room with updated decor and features. Convenient to airport, Grapevine Mills Mall, LBJ freeway. Nice breakfast served.

We loved the spacious and comfortable rooms that were clean and well maintained. The check-out procedure was simple and hassle-free. The hotel itself was organized and had a nice appearance. The breakfast offered a good variety of food options, and the location was great as it was pretty close to the airport and also near some nice restaurants, including an American steak restaurant called Boomerjacks. The staff was friendly and accommodating, and the water pressure in the shower was excellent. the hotel provided all the basic amenities we needed for a pleasant stay.
