I recently stayed at a gem of a hotel near the Florida-Georgia line. The staff was incredibly helpful and the room was spacious with great amenities like a microwave, coffee maker, and mini fridge. The bed was super comfortable and the breakfast spread was outstanding, especially the fluffy eggs. Plus, the housekeeping ladies were pleasant and the location was convenient.

The breakfast could be even better with a different brand of sausage gravy for the biscuits.

The breakfast had a great variety of options, and the food was delicious. I also appreciated the free Wi-Fi throughout my stay. I would recommend this hotel.

During my recent stay at the Holiday Inn Express, I was pleasantly surprised by the friendly and helpful staff. They went out of their way to accommodate my requests and made me feel welcome throughout my stay. The room I stayed in was a spacious suite, equipped with everything I needed, including paper plates, bowls, flatware, and even dish soap. The choice of firm or soft pillows was a nice touch. The hotel also provided free WiFi, a microwave, and a refrigerator. I thoroughly enjoyed my stay and if I find myself in the area again, I will definitely choose to stay at the Holiday Inn Express & Suites Douglas.

Although my experience was mostly positive, I do have a few small drawbacks to mention. Additionally, the free breakfast offered at the hotel left much to be desired.

We had a wonderful stay at this venue. The location was fantastic. Everything, including local restaurants, a Walmart, and the business center, was within walking distance. The room was up to everything that we would expect for an HIE, with amenities such as air conditioning, a refrigerator, microwave, and ironing facilities. We appreciated the friendly and helpful staff who quickly checked us in and answered our questions. The beds and pillows were incredibly comfy, and the room was very clean. We enjoyed the indoor swimming pool, sauna, and fitness studio, and the on-site car park was convenient.

We recommend this hotel to anyone looking for a comfortable and convenient stay.

As a backpacker, I was pleased with the spacious suite rooms and the feeling of not being cramped. The breakfast included in the room fee was a great perk and had a wide variety of options. The hotel's location was ideal for travelers and there was a fantastic steak house, the Flying Cowboy, across the street for an amazing group dinner.

Traveling from Florida, we were looking for somewhere close to the FL-GA line on spring break. After calling about 7 other hotels, we found this gem. The sweet lady at the desk helped us find a room at a reasonable rate. The room was well-kept and clean, with all the amenities we needed. The staff member that checked me in was helpful and quick. The breakfast was outstanding, with fluffy eggs and the best "CB" I've ever had. The bed was extremely comfortable, and the bathroom amenities provided were plenty.

We had a nice stay during our Christmas break in Douglas. the hotel was clean, and the staff was friendly and helpful. One of the highlights was the delicious cookies in the lobby. We also enjoyed the complimentary breakfast which was included in the price of the room. It was a convenient and satisfying way to start our day. Additionally, the location of the hotel was great, with easy access to nearby attractions and amenities.

There were a couple of negative aspects of our stay. we were disappointed when we arrived late at night and were informed that our reservation had been canceled.

Convenient location off I-75 with a helpful desk staff. Nice, tidy, and comfy room with plush bedding. Breakfast was delightful, and everything was extremely clean. Parking lot was well-lit and felt secure. Enjoyable stay overall.
