Brand new building with friendly staff, convenient parking, and a variety of breakfast options. Jessica provided a discounted rate for a short stay and the morning newspaper was a nice touch. The rooms were clean and affordable with nice amenities.

The value for money was great, and the room was fantastic with comfortable beds, pillows, and linens. The location was ideal, away from the hustle and bustle of Canal Park but still easily accessible to all of Duluth. The staff was friendly and accommodating throughout our stay.

The only thing that could have made the breakfast better was a wider variety of options on the menu.

The staff was friendly and helpful during our stay. the hotel had a large room and bath, which was spacious and comfortable. the location was convenient for our activities in the area. Plus, the beds were comfortable, allowing us to get a good night's sleep.

Very Relaxing

I recently stayed at the Holiday Inn Express in Duluth and I must say, it was a truly relaxing experience. The room was impeccably clean and the bed was incredibly comfortable. The staff was so kind and welcoming, making me feel right at home. I loved the large window in the room, allowing plenty of natural light to brighten up the space. The hotel was also very quiet, providing a peaceful atmosphere for a restful night's sleep. The price was a bit high during my stay, but considering the high demand in the area, it was worth it. I was thoroughly impressed with my stay at the Holiday Inn Express and I would definitely choose to stay here again in the future.

The hotel has a fabulous breakfast with lots of options to start your day. the location is great as it is close to a major shopping mall and other attractions. Another advantage is the friendly staff who were always ready to assist with any questions or concerns.

One major downside was the noise level in the hotel. There seemed to be a lack of soundproofing, as I could hear the guests in neighboring rooms very clearly.

We had a delightful stay at the Holiday Inn Express. The room was clean and modern, with beautiful fixtures in the bathroom. The highlight was the one-button pancake maker that whipped up delicious pancakes in less than a minute! The breakfast variety was fantastic and the exercise room was impressive. We can't wait for another business trip to stay at this hotel again! I highly recommend this hotel for a wonderful stay.
