This place suits me perfectly with great amenities like free Wi-Fi, 24-hour reception, a fitness center, and a coffee shop. The staff even helped me find my lost bracelet during my first stay. I highly recommend it for a city break!

Fantastic staff was helpful and friendly.

The housekeeping was extremely disappointing. not once did they come during our entire four-day stay. We encountered dirty towels and unclean areas in the bathroom that made our stay unpleasant. Additionally, the noise level from neighboring rooms made it impossible to rest, which ruined our experience.

the housekeeping was a total disappointment, not once did they come during my stay. also, the mattress was like a rock, I’ve had better nights on the floor. honestly, I thought a simple upgrade would be offered since I had to endure this, but no… absolutely pathetic.

Had a sweet as stay, heaps clean and comfy rooms. Breakfast was top-notch! But the check-in was a bit of a hassle, eh?

Clean, spacious Queen Room with air conditioning, flat-screen TV, and a refrigerator. Loved the breakfast variety, great quality, and all the snacks available. Pool area was warm and inviting. Gym had nice facilities. The staff was super helpful, sent a taxi for free when shuttle wasn’t available. Definitely worth it!

Soundproofing needs serious improvement!!! Noise from adjacent rooms and above is unbearable!!! Maintenance oversight regarding cleaning and working amenities is evident!!! Require better management of housekeeping and room servicing policies!!!

Howay, I had a canny stay! The staff were champion – super friendly and helpful, like. The breakfast was lush with a good mix of options each day. One drawback? The walls were a bit thin – heard a bit too much from the room above. Still, would pop back again!

we had a wonderful honeymoon stay in fairbanks, and the hotel exceeded our expectations with spacious rooms and soft beds. the breakfast offered various delicious options daily, and we felt truly cared for by the attentive staff. the shuttle service to the train station was a nice touch.

We had a fantastic time every afternoon when M’Lynn baked those delicious cookies,, and the kids just loved them. Plus, the location was perfect,, so we could easily walk to McDonald’s and other places whenever we needed a break from the hotel.

It wasn’t exactly inexpensive,, but overall it was still worth it.

Just a great fit for a short break in Fairbanks with excellent value for money. The hot water in the shower was really hot, making it refreshing after a long day. Arrive early for breakfast to beat the rush and get better options.

the hotel had a large tv which was great for family entertainment. very thin walls made it hard to sleep, could hear everything.
