Water pressure was poor, and the shower knobs fell off!!! Not having a smart TV is disappointing, especially when Netflix and YouTube are blocked!!! The sink wouldn’t drain properly, forcing us to wash our hands in the shower!!!

Comfortable Stay with Room for Improvement

I enjoyed my stay and found the room to be spacious and well-kept. The A/C worked like a charm. However, noise from above was disruptive at times. For a quieter experience, request a top floor room. Overall, a lovely spot for a comfortable night's sleep.

I had a wonderful stay at the Holiday Inn Express & Suites Dallas Nw, Farmers Branch By Ihg. The hotel was impeccably clean, and the staff were remarkably friendly and attentive. The breakfast offered a delightful variety, including freshly baked pastries and organic juices. I particularly appreciated the spacious room equipped with a microwave and fridge, making my stay even more comfortable.

I wish I could have stayed longer.

The staff was very friendly, and the breakfast had amazing variety. The room doors slammed loudly, which was quite disruptive at night.

The check-in was sharp-sharp, and the chommie at reception was super friendly, even sorted my special request! Lekker comfy bed and brekkie was a proper feast with pancakes and eggs. The vibe is chill, perfect for a solid stay after a long trip.

Only downside was that the parking garage felt a bit cramped but nothing too hectic.

The hotel was perfectly accommodating for my large family of 5 teenagers and 2 little ones. We loved hanging out at the pool and the breakfast had plenty of delicious options for everyone. Plus, it was really close to the Dallas Aquarium, which we enjoyed visiting together.

My kids wished for more veggie options at breakfast.

Had a fantastic group trip! The hotel was clean and staff friendly. We visited the Dallas Aquarium and even caught a Cowboys game at AT&T Stadium. Breakfast had several options, and the rooms were spacious and comfortable. Definitely a great spot for anyone looking for fun, close to attractions!

Located just off the LBJ, easy for quick access. Had a solid breakfast spread with hot choices like omelets and sausage. Super friendly vibe from the staff too, really made me feel welcome!
