The rooms at Holiday Inn Express & Suites Phoenix East-Gilbert are so cozy and convenient. I loved the flat-screen TV with cable channels and the super fast free WiFi. The laptop-friendly workspace was perfect for catching up on emails after a day of exploring.

I personally found the air conditioning a bit too chilly, but I know others might appreciate it.

The room was clean and well-stocked with towels. the bed was comfortable with fresh sheets and plenty of pillows. the bathroom had a nice shower head and provided toiletries. the hotel provided a mini-fridge and microwave, which came in handy. the pool view was a nice bonus. the hotel had a gym and a kitchen area for breakfast. the location was convenient, with a grocery store and restaurants within walking distance.

There was construction noise outside the hotel, starting early in the morning. This made it difficult to relax and enjoy our stay.

My xmas stay was exceptional! the staff were very pleasant and professional, and the room was super clean and cozy. I loved the big bottles of shampoo, conditioner, and body wash in the shower. The breakfast system could be improved. the portions were limited and very much like an elementary school cafeteria style, which was a bit disappointing.

We had a wonderful stay at this hotel! The value for money was great as we got a room with a king size bed and a sofa bed. The basic amenities provided, including towels, were perfect for our needs. Plus, the breakfast served every day was delicious and helped start our day right. The location was also very convenient as it was within walking distance of a grocery store, near the mall and close to restaurants. Additionally, the hotel was near the small airport we were departing from.
