During my recent stay at a hotel in the Gonzales area, I was delighted with the level of cleanliness and attention to detail. The room I stayed in was spacious and comfortable, complete with a microwave and refrigerator. The bathroom was well-designed, with a walk-in shower and plenty of towels. The hotel also offered a satisfying continental breakfast with a variety of options, including eggs, bacon, pastries, and even a pancake maker. The convenient location near the Tanger outlet mall and good restaurants made my stay even better. I was very impressed with the hotel and would definitely stay there again.

I was able to walk to the mall within minutes, saving me time and hassle. The second aspect that impressed me was the attentive and friendly staff. They were always ready to assist and made me feel welcome throughout my stay. Lastly, the rooms were updated and well-maintained, with a roomy shower and a very comfortable bed. It was a great value for the price, especially considering the delicious breakfast that was included.

There were also numerous restaurants nearby, making it convenient for dining out. The staff was another highlight of my stay. From check-in to check-out, they exceeded my expectations with their courteous and helpful attitude. I was pleasantly surprised when a staff member even came to my room to ensure everything was okay and if I needed anything. my experience at this hotel was exceptional, and I would definitely book here again when I'm in the area.

The rooms were clean and the breakfast had a wide variety to choose from. the staff at the front desk were friendly and helpful. the hotel's location was convenient, being situated between two major cities, making it easy to explore both places.

The check, in process was slow and inefficient. the clerk seemed annoyed that I had booked my room through a third, party site and berated me for it.

Great location near the NOLA airport and I, 10. Close proximity to an outlet mall, restaurants, and other amenities. Complimentary nightly reception with snacks, beer, and wine. Good room amenities with comfortable bed and pillows, hot water, and good TV and internet connection. Well, equipped fitness center. The complementary gym and pool passes were a fantastic plus, and the free hot breakfast was delicious. the location was perfect for our holiday trip, with easy access to both shopping and dining options. Plus, the room was well-maintained and cozy, providing a comfortable stay.

The noise level was a bit high in the evenings and early mornings due to nearby traffic, which was somewhat bothersome. the price did seem to be a bit steep for what was offered, but we still enjoyed our stay overall.

Great value for money with awesome prices. The hotel has excellent attention to detail, especially with its updated rooms with very comfy beds and roomy showers. Staff are polite and helpful, offering fantastic service. Breakfast is included with yummy choices to start your day. The location is perfect too, very close to the Outlet Mall, easy access from I10 and convenient to the greater Baton Rouge area.
