Located conveniently near the highway, making it easy to get around. the room was clean and spacious, with a nice bathroom. the staff was friendly and helpful.

The customer service was poor, especially from the front desk clerk named Joshua. There was no hot water in the shower, and despite reporting the issue, it was not resolved in a timely manner.

This hotel exceeded my expectations for the price. The rooms were clean and comfortable, with two queen beds that were perfect for my family. The AC worked great and kept us cool throughout our stay. The hotel's location near nice restaurants made it convenient for dining options.

The hotel was very clean and professional looking, from the lobby to the rooms. The cleanliness was evident throughout. The breakfast area was particularly impressive, resembling a nice restaurant in both appearance and quality.

I recently stayed at Holiday Inn & Suites in Spring for two nights while attending an event. The front desk staff were welcoming and efficient, and they even upgraded us to a suite. The room itself was beautiful, clean, and comfortable, which was especially important as I was traveling with my 85-year-old mother. The breakfast staff were friendly and helpful, and the free breakfast provided was excellent. The hotel was modern, clean, and conveniently located to our main destination. it was a great value for the cost.

I recently had a wonderful stay at this hotel and I must say it exceeded my expectations. the location is great - conveniently located near food and entertainment providers, making it easy to explore the area. It's also close to the Hardy toll road, which was a plus for me as I had no traffic to/from the airport. Secondly, the rooms were impressive - they appeared to be recently remodeled and were nice and big, with attention to detail. The staff were friendly and helpful, which made my stay even more pleasant. Lastly, the breakfast was excellent - a wide variety of hot and cold items, including eggs, sausage, biscuits, cereals. It was always ready at 6:30 and filled me up for the day ahead.

All in all, my stay at this hotel was fantastic and I can't think of anything that could be improved.
