We stayed at this hotel and it was conveniently located near the medical center. The staff were friendly and helpful, and the room amenities were great. We had everything we needed including ironing facilities, tea and coffee, towels, toiletries, and a flat-screen TV. The dining restaurant had a delicious breakfast and the swimming pool was a nice facility to have. we had a pleasant and comfortable stay at this venue and we highly recommend it to family and friends.

There are plenty of restaurants to choose from around the hotel, making dining out a breeze. Rooms are spacious and clean, with comfortable beds to rest on. The staff is friendly and helpful, making sure guests feel welcome during their stay.

The hotel’s security measures have been called into question. Some guests have had their cars broken into, and there were reports of security guards being on break during the incidents.

I stayed at this hotel for its proximity to the medical center and enjoyed a comfortable room with plenty of space. The staff was exceptionally nice and the room had great amenities, including a chase lounge and high ceilings. The storage options in the room were impressive, and the bed was super comfortable. The cleanliness of the property was also excellent, and the staff was attentive to my needs as a patient of md anderson. I will definitely use this hotel for future visits.

Newish lodging with clean, spacious rooms filled with new home appliances. Contains a fitness room and a swimming pool. The friendly and courteous staff make for a pleasant stay. Nearby fast-food options available. Secure parking lot with 24/7 security.

The room was comfortable and clean, with great amenities including a Keurig and storage space. The staff was helpful except for one rude check-out agent. I enjoyed my stay at Holiday Inn Express.

As youngsters, we loved the clean rooms, excellent facilities, and easy parking. The location was perfect, just a short drive from the Med Center.

The bed was comfy and the room had basic amenities like a microwave and a fridge. the hotel was situated in a good neighborhood, with several eateries nearby. There was also a shuttle service that was provided by the hotel which was convenient.

The staff was unprofessional and rude. They were uninterested in helping us out and made us feel unwelcome.
