Holiday Inn Express & Suites at Town Center, An Ihg, offered excellent facilities, a quiet and comfortable room, free breakfast. the staff was lovely and friendly. the property also features a pool and other amenities.

Room and hallways were initially warm. Toilet needed minor adjustments.

Always return for weekends. First stay staff suggested currency exchange. Hotel has all I need. Free Wi-Fi, Parking, Fitness center, Pool, Laundry, Business center. Great place with friendly staff making me feel at home.

Great value for the money, comfy room, convenient location, and friendly staff.

Rooms and suites at Holiday Inn Express & Suites Jacksonville - Town Center made me feel right at home near the University of North Florida, with all the comforts I needed. The cozy bed, Smart TV, and convenient Keurig coffee maker were just what I needed for a relaxing stay.

The only thing that I personally found less enjoyable is the size of the mini refrigerator in the room.

The hotel is clean, modern, and matches the beautiful pictures on their website. The staff is friendly and accommodating. The location is great and the shower in the room is amazing. The sliding door between the bedroom and bathroom is a nice touch.

The location was perfect, being close to Town Center and even offering easy access to top golf. The assistant general manager was especially helpful, providing recommendations for local hotspots and an amazing restaurant. The room was clean and cozy, with a comfortable bed, duvet covers, and soft pillows. The bathroom had a spacious shower with convenient shelves and natural toiletries. the hotel provided a pleasant and enjoyable stay.

The location was great, close to the downtown area and all the activities we had planned for New Year's Eve. the room was clean and modern, with a comfortable bed and fresh linens. the shower was also a highlight, with great water pressure and plenty of hot water.

Our stay was marred by the fact that the air conditioning in our room was broken. We called for maintenance, but were informed that no one was available and we were stuck with the faulty unit.
