My recent stay at Holiday Inn Express in Jamestown was the best hotel experience I've had in a long time. The staff was polite, helpful, and very approachable. The room was quiet, comfortable, and exceptionally clean. The pool was a pleasant surprise, as it was perfectly balanced and refreshing. The location was central to all the attractions in the area, making it convenient for activities and sightseeing. I was impressed with the friendly staff, comfortable room, and cleanliness of the hotel.

Our family enjoyed the breakfast each morning. The variety was good and the staff did a great job of restocking and cleaning. The use of the pool was a nice option, especially since it rained at times during our stay. The property was well maintained inside and out, and the staff was fantastic! Despite arriving early in the morning, they allowed us to check into our room and even invited us down for breakfast. Hands down, it was the best "free hotel breakfast" we have ever had.

We have traveled to all 50 states and our stay at Holiday Inn Express in Jamestown was the best overall experience we've had. The cleanliness, quiet atmosphere, and friendly staff were exceptional. The comfortable bed and welcoming staff made us feel right at home. The well-maintained property and excellent service stood out. We even arrived early in the morning and they let us check-in and enjoy breakfast. The variety and quality of the complimentary breakfast exceeded our expectations. The pool was a nice option despite the rainy weather. We will definitely be back!

We had an amazing stay at the Holiday Inn Express! From the moment we walked in, we felt welcomed and appreciated by the friendly staff. The room was clean and comfortable, and the landscaping was well-maintained. The breakfast exceeded our expectations, with delicious parfaits and breakfast sandwiches. The smiley faces on the oranges added a nice touch. we had a fantastic experience and highly recommend this hotel.

The room was perfect for our family, spacious and clean. The hotel staff was professional and went out of their way to make our stay enjoyable. We loved the games and puzzles available for guests, and the table with complimentary drinks and snacks. The breakfast room was clean and the food was fresh. The breakfast staff was attentive and made sure we had everything we needed. The hotel also provided us with great suggestions for things to do in Jamestown. I highly recommend this hotel.

The staff at this hotel were absolutely fantastic! They went above and beyond to make our stay comfortable and enjoyable. We arrived early in the morning after a long drive, and they not only allowed us to check in early but even invited us to have breakfast. Speaking of breakfast, it was hands down the best free hotel breakfast we have ever had. the food was delicious and there was a great variety to choose from. the location of the hotel was also perfect, as it was centrally located to all the attractions in the area.

There were a couple of things that could be improved at the hotel. the cleanliness in certain areas like the pool area and stairwells could be better.

Convenient location near interstate and museums. Comfortable and clean room with no noise interruptions. Friendly and helpful staff. Enjoyed breakfast, especially the coffee, toast, and Cinnabon. Fresh fruit could be improved. a pleasant stay.

Everything about our stay was amazing! We felt so welcomed from the moment we arrived. the staff was friendly and went above and beyond to make our stay enjoyable. the rooms were clean and fresh smelling. the breakfast was extensive and had a great variety of options. We also loved the fact that there was a pool and the grounds were well kept.

Although our overall experience was fantastic, there were a couple of minor issues. the soundproofing in the rooms could be improved as we could occasionally hear noises from neighboring rooms.

The location right off the highway was perfect. The breakfast offerings were ample and healthy. The availability of a microwave off the lobby was much appreciated. Parking was easy and the hotel was very quiet. The bed and pillows were extremely comfortable. The bathroom had a fabulous walk-in shower with clear glass sliding doors. The room had high ceilings, modern decor, a nice flat-screen TV, and a Keurig coffee maker. The hotel also had an exercise room and a pool.

Felt very happy, no complaints at all.

We had no trouble finding parking, and the hotel's proximity to the interstate made transportation very convenient. Lastly, we were impressed with the friendly and professional staff who provided excellent service throughout our stay.
