Our purpose was to relax and explore the local area, and the location of the hotel was perfect. We could easily walk to shopping areas and the seaside, and there were plenty of dining options nearby. The staff was friendly and the room was great, with comfortable beds and a spacious bathroom. We enjoyed the pool, hot tub, and the convenience of having laundry facilities on-site.

We had a great stay at a hotel located in the heart of Kona, just steps away from Gertrude's Jazz Bar and the waterfront. The friendly staff, especially Dora at the front desk, made us feel welcome and taken care of throughout our stay. Our room was spacious and comfortable, with a clean and well-appointed bathroom. The breakfast buffet offered a variety of delicious options, including hot dishes like eggs, sausage, and bacon. We also enjoyed the convenience of the on-site laundry facilities and the well-equipped exercise room. it was a fantastic experience.

That there was no designated area for smokers, which made it a bit inconvenient near the entrance.

The room had a very musty smell when we first arrived, which was a bit unpleasant. Although we were able to alleviate it by opening the windows, it was still a downside.

We had the best sleep at this hotel, the beds were incredibly comfortable. The room was spacious, with a couch and chairs, and the furniture was in great shape. The bathroom was well-equipped and the shower was fantastic. We also appreciated the free use of the computer and printer in the business center, which was very useful. The hotel is conveniently located close to the main downtown street and waterfront, making it easy to explore this central area. The staff at the front desk, especially Arrielle, were extremely friendly and made our stay even better. this hotel provided us with a great experience.

The hotel's location on the plants right over the fence is amazing. Being close to the pier and in the center of Kona made it easy to connect with our dive boat. The room was spacious and clean, with a comfortable bed and necessary amenities. The breakfast was generous with delicious options to choose from.

The hotel's pool was smaller than most and not in a very favorable location.

The hotel's location was perfect, just a 2-minute walk to the ocean with a great view. The nearby shopping center had good restaurants and cute shops. The staff was incredibly friendly and the property seemed newer. It was also convenient for water activities.

I was pleasantly surprised by my recent stay at Holiday Inn Express. The hotel's convenient downtown location made it easy for me to explore the area and enjoy the local restaurants and shopping. The rooms were clean and comfortable, providing a quiet and peaceful night's sleep. I especially appreciated the breakfast, which offered a nice variety of options to start my day. The swimming pool, exercise room, and laundry facilities were also a nice bonus. The front desk staff member, Donna, was incredibly helpful and made me feel welcome. I had a great experience and would definitely recommend this hotel for anyone visiting downtown Kona.

The only minor drawback I encountered was not being able to access the vending machine/ice machine room on the third floor. However, the front desk assured me that there was an ice machine available on the first floor, so it wasn't a major inconvenience.

The hotel's location is perfect for exploring Kailua-Kona, with shops and the seaside area within walking distance. Plenty of dining options nearby. The pool facilities are great, and the rooms are spacious and well-equipped.

The breakfast was hot and different each day, with great coffee and juices. The staff, especially Akino, were friendly and helpful. The location was convenient for restaurants and shopping. The rooms were modern and spacious with kitchenettes. Ample parking available. the hotel felt safe and the stay was enjoyable.

I recently stayed at this hotel and I must say that it was a great experience. It's located in a nice centralized place where I could easily walk to the tourists’ shops and restaurants nearby, and also near the waterfront scenic roads which I enjoyed a lot. The hotel is very clean, which is the first thing that I noticed, and the service is top-notch. The staff members were amazing and really attentive to my needs. The amenities inside the room were also impressive. The air conditioning came in clutch, especially during the hot afternoons. Also, I liked the fact that they provided ironing facilities, tea and coffee amenities, and toiletries for free.

I had an amazing time here and I would definitely recommend this hotel to my friends and family.
