We had a fantastic stay! The hotel was in excellent condition, and our room was the nicest we've ever stayed in. The staff was friendly, professional, and accommodating, maintaining a kind and pleasant demeanor. The hotel was exceptionally clean, one of the cleanest we've ever stayed in. The location was convenient, close to the area we needed to be in and within walking distance to shops and restaurants.

This hotel was awesome - it's located close to everything in the Lenoir City area, which was exactly where I needed to be! The rooms were super spacious and I loved having a jacuzzi in my room - I even booked it online to make sure I got one! The staff was so friendly and the breakfast was included, which is always a plus!

Our room was not very clean and there were stains on the carpet that made us doubt its overall cleanliness. The noise level was high, and the walls were thin, causing us to hear everything that was going on in the hallway and adjacent rooms.
