The location was convenient for dining out in the area. The room was comfortable, in a relaxing area. There were also good restaurant choices for lunch or dinner nearby.

Our stay was tainted by one strange detail: the bathroom in our room was poorly designed. The huge counter was inconvenient with only a single sink, making it difficult for a large group to use.

Nothing that I didn't like.

The bed was comfortable and the jacuzzi was great! The workout room was a nice addition and I appreciated having a fridge in the room for leftovers and cold drinks. The staff was helpful with any technical issues I had with the WiFi.

My reserved room with a roll-in shower and handicapped accessible bathroom was not available upon arrival. The toilet in the alternate room was too low and lacked grab bars, and there were ants in the bathroom.

The room was impeccably clean, and we were impressed by the variety of options offered at breakfast. The staff did an excellent job of ensuring that everything was stocked, despite the busy crowd. We loved that there were nearby amenities like Dunkin and Culver's, and the friendly staff made our stay even more enjoyable. Additionally, the hotel's location was convenient, as it was close to downtown Lansing and not too far from Michigan State campus.

The pictures of the hotel were a bit misleading, as the rooms and pool didn't match the level of glamour portrayed. We also found the "hot" items at breakfast to be subpar, so we chose to avoid them.
