The staff at this hotel were friendly and welcoming. The rooms were clean and comfortable, with firm beds and great pillows. The bathroom was very clean. a highly recommended hotel for guests with disabilities and will be staying again on our next visit.

This hotel was fantastic! its location suited our needs perfectly, with easy access to the activities we wanted to attend. Secondly, the staff went above and beyond and were always friendly and helpful. Thirdly, the rooms were spacious and had all the basic amenities we needed, including a highly appreciated jacuzzi tub! Lastly, the breakfast had an impressive selection and everything we tried was delicious.

All was fine, no complaints whatsoever.

We had a lovely stay in a quiet location where the check-in process was smooth. The receptionist was friendly and helpful. We enjoyed a nice breakfast, and the employees were considerate and polite. The room and bathroom were clean, and the staff was welcoming throughout our stay.

We were disappointed that there were no gluten-free or dairy-free options for those with food allergies.

Over the Thanksgiving break, I had a brief stay at a hotel which offered hot breakfast and free Wi-Fi. the location of the hotel was great, just a short walk from a shopping area and surrounded by plenty of restaurants. to this, the complimentary parking was quite convenient.

Something that dampened my stay was how the staff handled my check-in process. I felt like I was being ignored as the staff took care of other guests who arrived after me.

I always stay at this Holiday Inn Express when visiting campus in the USA, and the friendly staff and exceptional customer service make me feel right at home. The room on the 1st floor was spacious, beautiful, and had a great view of my vehicle, making me feel safe. The King suite bed was incredibly comfortable, and the cleanliness of the facilities was top-notch. The kitchen crew and cleaning staff were both fantastic and accommodating. I truly appreciated their efforts. The hotel's location in a secluded area near restaurants was a bonus.

During my stay here, I had an exceptional breakfast experience. I loved how they arranged everything behind a table and served us individually, a different approach compared to other hotels. The lobby area and outside seating were spacious, which I also appreciated, especially nowadays. The bed was comfortable, and I liked having a Keurig coffee maker in the room as well.

I never had our room cleaned during the three days we were here, despite choosing the frequency with the cleaning service when we arrived. However, I still recommend this place to my friends as it has so many other features that make it a great stay.
