The room was spacious and the bed was comfortable. The shower had good water pressure. Close to a convenience store, restaurants, and theme parks.

This hotel exceeded my expectations in several ways. the value for money was excellent, especially considering its convenient location just across the street from the park. The service provided by the staff was outstanding, with friendly and accommodating employees like Jeanine, Janet, and Christina going above and beyond to ensure a pleasant stay. Secondly, the rooms were spacious, modern, and equipped with all the basic amenities one would need, including a Jacuzzi and a sofa bed. I also appreciated the attention to detail, such as the multiple AC and USB outlets for charging phones and the adjustable coffee table for dining or using a laptop. Lastly, the breakfast options were great, with the usual Holiday Inn Express choices, including the delicious warm cinnamon rolls.

All aspects of this hotel were okay and met my expectations.

The hotel had a convenient location near Universal Orlando and a variety of food options. The I-Ride trolley bus stop was right in front of the hotel, which was great for exploring International Drive. My kids loved the pool and the daily hot breakfast.

In terms of location, the hotel was conveniently close to the theme parks, making it easy to access them during our weekend getaway.

We had a few maintenance issues during our stay. We had to call for a maintenance man three times, once for a burning smell in the room, once for a light bulb replacement, and once for a faulty refrigerator.

The hotel's location was perfect for our visit to the Universal parks. We were able to walk to the main theme park, and it was also within walking distance of CityWalk, which made it convenient for us to enjoy the nightlife. In the evening, we even took a short drive to Sea World.
