The customer service was exceptional, with the staff going above and beyond to meet my needs. the rooms were clean, comfortable, and well-maintained. Plus, the hotel provided a shuttle service to the nearby airport and mall, making it convenient for travelers. Additionally, I appreciated the complimentary breakfast and the friendly and welcoming host who made sure I had a great start to the day.

One downside was the lack of cell phone reception, especially for Verizon users. This made it difficult to stay connected during my stay.

One issue I had was being charged twice for the room, which was definitely frustrating. Additionally, there was a $35 incidental fee that I wasn't aware of until check-in, which was an unexpected expense.
