The staff radiated warmth and attentiveness, making every interaction pleasant. Fantastic entertainment options, like nightly dive-in movies and a Polynesian fire show, thrilled the kids. The pools were pristine, and the beach view from the balcony was breathtaking. Breakfast was a highlight, with an impressive variety that satisfied everyone. The only hiccup was a frustrating check-in experience and a small room for our group size, but the overall vibe was welcoming. the beach could use a little more clean-up; we spotted litter that detracted from the beauty. Would definitely return!

Amazing beach access with beautiful views! Rooms are super clean and comfy, loved the balcony. Staff is really friendly and the pool area is perfect with sun loungers and a hot tub. Breakfast was good with options. Kids enjoyed activities. Fitness centre is a nice bonus too. Cucumber cocktail was the highlight!

The kids had a blast with the indoor pool and nightly activities that kept them entertained. We enjoyed the beachfront with easy access to chairs and umbrellas.

I was really disappointed when we checked in and found hair in one of the beds. Plus, we had to struggle with our bags since there were no luggage carts available.

Unbeatable beachfront access with plenty of fun nearby!

This resort sits directly on the beautiful beach, making it super convenient for long strolls along the shoreline and quick hops back to the pool where we enjoyed the lazy river and evening movies; a few steps from our room led us to a plethora of nearby attractions, like the Beachfront Adventure Park and multiple dining options including Harpoon Harry's and Hooters, which were less than a 10-minute walk away! The amenities, including two pools, a hot tub, and a tiki bar, created a relaxing vibe while the breakfast spread was delicious enough to fuel our adventures all day long, but the air conditioning in our room could’ve been a bit better.

Chillin' at the beach and hittin' up Gulf World Marine Park to see dolphins was epic! Then we checked out the wild views of the city from above! A total blast with non-stop adventures!

Only thing. wish they had a rad beachfront party scene for us young peeps to keep the fun going 24/7!

Fantastic experience. The view from the king room and balcony overlooking the beach was spectacular. The lazy river and pool were inviting. Chris, the maintenance guy, promptly fixed our safe issue with professionalism. Staff were friendly, and breakfast offered numerous options. Cleanliness could improve; I encountered some dust and sand. The mattresses felt old and bumpy, affecting sleep quality. The saxophone player at the pool was not my preference—I’d rather have radio music like the other days. Noise from the motorcycle event disrupted our rest; clearer communication upfront would have been appreciated. The hotel has great amenities like outdoor activities and movie nights. Worth a stay if you seek a lively atmosphere.

The cleanliness was disappointing - sticky TV remote, unclean flat surfaces. Housekeeping was inconsistent, and the resort fee didn't cover beach chairs or towels.

The breakfast spread was fantastic and kept us fueled for the day! The poolside movies were a fun evening treat that the whole family loved. The staff went above and beyond to make our experience special, even fixing our AC quickly!

Temperature control was an issue at first; the air conditioning wasn’t working upon arrival but was promptly fixed by the time we returned from the pool. Noise levels were minimal, allowing for a restful stay. cleanliness was slightly lacking—housekeeping only appeared once during our five nights, and the TV remote was sticky. Still, the ocean views from our room were breathtaking, adding a memorable touch to our experience.
